Palina Dabravolskaja is a Belarusian actress, theatre director, and interdisciplinary artist currently based in Poland. She graduated from the Belarusian State Academy of Arts in 2017 with a degree in drama theatre and film acting. After her studies, she worked for five years in Musical Theatre in Minsk while actively participating in independent projects, including staging her own plays and taking part in dramaturgical and directing labs.
She has created over eight original performances and played more than 25 roles across Belarus and a wider Europe. Her directing work includes productions such as The Backbone (Komuna Warszawa Theatre, German-Polish coproduction), Heroines (Goose on a String Theatre in Brno, Czech), COMA (premiered in Warsaw and Berlin), SARMATY/YA (presented in Seoul, Daejon, Munich, Hellerau, Kraków, Lublin, Warsaw, Wrocław, and Poti), and others.

Palina’s artistic focus lies in exploring themes of identity, exile, memory, and the individual’s place in vast social and cosmic systems. Her work often blends theatre, movement, text, and visual language, and she performs in multiple languages including Belarusian, Polish, and English.
Her passion lies in music, which often accompanies her performances. As a musician, Palina Dabravolskaja performs under the name ČORNABROVA, merging alternative hip-hop with folklore in a genre she dubs B-pop. Her album COMA gives voice to a fictional AI reflecting on migration, ecology, capitalism, and emotional survival.
